TRAINING ADMINISTRATORS – DUTCH+FRENCH

Catalunya - Barcelona

•As a Customer service agent, you will have to take care of the whole administration part of the training process. From the calling part, to the data entry one, you will have to be sure that each part of the process has been well-done.
•You will have to ensure that anyone from the company’s client has been trained properly; organizing the training meetings if not.
•Maintain databases as well as physical accounting information files, which may include reviewing, classifying, alphabetizing materials, or verifying location and conducting limited research.

Requirements:

•Native Dutch and French + good level of English.
•Good listening and communication skills.
•Experience in customer care is an advantage.
•LMS knowledge is a plus.

Economics:

•17.000 € gross per year 12 payments
•8€ a day food allowance
•120 Euros + a day in lieu for each Spanish Bank Holiday worked.

Monday to Friday: from 09:00 to 18:00
