CUSTOMER SERVICE NORWEGIAN

Our client is the largest and world leader financial institution. For its multicultural Pan European customer service centre located in the Centre of Barcelona we are now recruiting NORWEGIANS.

You will work in customer service, you will handle phone calls in your native language offer a personalized service to you customers.

The main tasks will be focused on attending clients from the Scandinavian countries:
- Solving Customer's doubts and problems
- Giving clients information about usual problems
- Offering different products and services
- Managing administrative issues in the job area.

High level of Norwegian
