Customer Success Manager - Spanish Native

Our client is a marketplace for boat charter in Spain and one of the top boat rental platforms in Europe founded in 2013.
As a Post Sales Account Manager you will be responsible of:
- Track the sending of documentation between client and owner.
- Track the expiration of customer payments.
- Attend the extra requests of the client after the confirmation of the reservation.
- Answer the calls of the post sales service.
- Receive, manage and solve the complain by the client.
- Contribute ideas and / or improvement to the processes of post sales service management.
- Management of 2 people team in high season.
Minimum 3 years in a similar position of post sales customer service, experience and commercial knowledge of the industry in which Nautal operates in (E-commerce or Nautical industry).
Good level of English. Other languages are valuable.
Ideal people with studies in Law / Human Resources / Economics / Psychology.
Resolute person: immediacy in finding solutions.
Positive attitude and used to working under pressure
Good communication to the client, know how to transmit security to the client.
Good capacity for teamwork: interaction with other departments is important.
