Our client is an online logistic provider.
As a Sales Assistant, you will work with support the Managing Director for Italy based in Madrid.
You will be responsible for:
-Preparing documents such as: reportings, benchmarking, courier contracts, prices, competitor studies, presentations and client proposals
-Assist in preparing Sales presentations
-Planning and elaborate presentations with couriers, marketplaces
-Enter and update leads and sales data in Salesforce
-Provide support to the Sales Team Country Manager with any issue that may come up
-Regularly run checks on the country website to make sure everything is working smoothly
-Help manage the Country Manager mail, schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize requirements
-Assist in any other on-demand administrative issues
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Economics or Business Administration studies
-Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish will be a plus
Experience
-Experience of 2-3 years in administrative and sales tasks
-Experience in e-commerce or logistics companies will be a plus
Skills
-Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Excel
-Experience with Salesforce is a plus
