Our client is an important educational consulting company based in Barcelona.
As an Administrative Assistant you will support students enrolled in educational programs abroad by handling their reservations and informing and helping them solve their problems.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Inform customers about the educational programs
- Redact informational documents regarding the programs and services
- Translate from English to Spanish/Spanish to English
- Manage travel arrangements, plane tickets and transportation
- Handle accommodation and catering
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills
Qualifications:
-At least Bachelor’s Degree (tourism, translation, business administration, or similar, etc.)
-Native level of Spanish
-Excellent level of English
-Good knowledge of French is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar position

-High knowledge of Microsoft Office package
