As an Advertising Quality Manager, you will be working in the Sales and Business Development division and reporting to the Advertising Operations Manager. Your objective will be assuring consistent quality of advertising offers by developing and enforcing good practices and managing the Advertising QA team.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with the Ad Operations Manager recruiting, training and managing the AdOps QA team.
- Owning the responsibility for EXEs compliance, identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to identify product specifications and quality attributes.
- Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends including failed processes and corrective actions.
- Updating job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.
- Providing technical training for the Account Management.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualification:
- High level of English, both oral and written.
- Nice to have: Spanish knowledge.
Experience:
- Experience managing a team or coordinating people/projects.
- Previous experience in Advertising field.
- Experience with Windows technology and Registry keys.
- Experience in processes improvement, information analysing, strategic planning.
- Familiarity with web development, publishing, multimedia, and browser/OS compatibility.
- Understanding of HTML/DHTML, Javascript, CSS, Flash.
- Previous experience as a QA Tester will be a plus.
