As a Client Service Analyst and member of the Customer Service Department your main responsibilities will be:
-Be in contact with merchants to gather required documents
-Perform risk analysis (Due Diligence)
-Inputting and updating customer records
-Drafting merchants agreements
-Help merchants to install and use payment systems
-Provide support to merchants about payment services
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Native level of French
-Excellent level of English
-Effective communication skills
-Rigorous, organized and professional attitude
-Strong work ethic
-Previous experience in a similar role (onboarding, underwriting, AML, compliance, financial services) is a plus
