In this dynamic and proactive role as a collector, you will take care of customer relation management; investigate issues that occur after sales and clarifying mismatching payments with customers, accounting and business. It is important to maintain customer accounts and good documentation and to follow-up rigorously on payment reminders. Communication with our customers will happen mostly via telephone, email, and letters.

This is a critical job to the organization as your responsibility covers a portfolio of $7 million in receivables, covering approximately 280 customers. The quicker we get our invoice paid the healthier the organization is. You contribution has a direct impact on our business performance.

As a Collector for the Brazilian market, your key objective will be:
- Reduce the number of days our invoices are unpaid (days sales outstanding) and maintain the quality of the aging of invoices.
- To achieve a low percentage of overdue invoices in your client portfolio, the level of on-account payments, collections percentage.
- Asserting your influence on client payment behaviour and while ensuring compliance with Agilent Policies, Guidelines, Business Conducts.

- Languages required: native level of Brazilian Portuguese and excellent level of English.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economy or similar with excellent Microsoft office skills especially excel.
- Knowledge: Brazilian local market behaviour and telephone skills.
- Experience in customer service is needed; any experience in credit collections is positively valued.
- Have good communication and organizational skills and be able to self manage, as well as work effectively in a team.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
