Our client is a leading international tourism group with headquarters in UK and operates in over 180 countries. This company is a leisure travel provider with a real committed to responsible leadership in the travel sector.

The Senior Credit Controller will assess the existing end to end process and propose improvements to eliminate duplications, increase efficiency and maximize return of invested capital.
Main responsibilities include:

-Create a framework based on incremental margins, risk and cash exposure for reviewing and approving Guarantees and Deposits.
-Coordinate the elaboration of monthly reporting, reviewing and analyzing deviations between approved agreements and cash payments. Challenge figures with an inquiring mind to fully understand risks, opportunities and propose action.
-Play a leading role in the preparation of the cash budget, forecasts and other risk financial reports.
-Lead presentations and reports, to provide visibility to Finance reporting teams and Product teams in terms of sales, recovery of investments, cash and risk analysis.
-Build excellent relationships with finance and product teams, understand results, and establish communication and reporting needs.
-Build strong relation and coordination with other team members, ensuring accuracy of the process and bringing efficiency.
-Work closely with all stakeholders involved on the process, and coordinate all the actions making possible to provide an integrated view.

-Business Degree or related fields.
-5 years' experience in similar position / Responsibilities.
-Experience is cash and/or risk analysis is desirable
-Able to lead and influence change, manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects and activities in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment
-Expert user of SAP.
-Experienced leading, coaching and developing teams
-Strong organizational skills and attention to details, meeting the deadlines
-Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging environment
-High level of English and Spanish in verbal and written communications
-Ability to build strong working relationships, create networks and influence
