Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the centre of Barcelona. They provide complete insurance assistance within the travel sector. The purpose is to assist any incident that may spoil the trip of their clients during their alpine holidays, in the Spanish market.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be located in the travel department of the company where your main responsibilities will be:
- receive inbound calls from clients
- help with problem solving
- supply all the necessary information
- attend the customers’ needs
- provide excellent customer service

We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:

Qualifications
- Native Level of Spanish
- High Level of English
- Additional languages: German, French or Italian are valued

Experience
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Experience in a helpdesk position would be a plus

Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- High sense of empathy and calm personality
- Stable professional background

Other
- Resident of Barcelona

- 6 months project/contract + posibility of renewal
