The Call Center, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, will be a group of professionals for our clients in Spain, Germany, Portugal, Italy and France which includes individuals with chronic diseases, health care professionals and pharmacies.
As a Member of our Multilingual Customer Call Centre your main tasks will be the provision of qualified product support in the field of Diabetes Care, such as providing instructions for product handling as well as product promotion both on the telephone and via written correspondence.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:
-You have several years of work experience in a Customer Service Center
- You speak and write fluently English and German
- Your English skills suffice to follow trouble shooting guides, do document in English and lead business conversations.You are very experienced in handling customer requests – especially critical conversations
Have Microsoft Windows Office package proficiency and knowledge of CRM systems
- Are generally interested in solving IT questions. Your knowledge of operating systems, standard protocols and USB devices is profound. A plus is a deeper knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases
- Enjoy cross-cultural situations handling them with competence and empathy
- Are a self-starter, able to read technical information and provide that technical support to customers
- Can work in a team setting in a highly sales-driven and service oriented environment
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure, self-dependence and flexibility are qualities that characterize you
- Have completed vocational training and/ or college
- A fluent command of one of the following languages would be a plus: Italian, Portuguese, French and Spanish
