Roche International Call Center, located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, is made up of a group of professionals who have a passion for giving the best possible support to people with diabetes. We give assistance to our clients in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, United Kingdom and Germany which includes individuals with chronic diseases and health care professionals.
As a Member of our Multilingual Customer Call Center your main tasks will be the provision of qualified product support in the field of Diabetes Care, such as providing instructions for product handling as well as product promotion both on the telephone and via written correspondence.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To give technical support to our customers
- To give advice on product handling
- To follow up on specific open issues with our sales team and our logistical department
- Register interactions in our system
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys helping people via telephone with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
- You are bilingual in English and German
- A fluent command of one of the following languages would be a plus: Italian, Portuguese, French and Spanish
-You have completed vocational training or college
Experience
- It will be an advantage if you have already gained experience in a Customer Service position.
Skills
-You like working in a team and enjoy managing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- You have good communication skills, are customer oriented and service minded.
- Up to date knowledge of new technologies and SAP would be an asset.
