Our client is an American multinational company from the automotive sector.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working as part of a small team dedicated to the needs of the company's vehicle owners. Your main objective is to uphold the "care" attitude and work in line with the company's standards.

You will be responsible for:

-Handling customer complaints via phone, email, fax, or social media channels
-Providing generic and specific product information
-Handling customer requests regarding the sales process
-Ensuring that standards are met in terms of volume, quality, performance and attendance
-Accurately logging all contacts and follow ups
-Escalating issues to the Team Leader when deemed necessary

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

Qualifications/Experience

-Higher Education Degree
-2 years experience in a customer care environment

Skills

-Native level of Dutch
-Excellent level of English
-Excellent written and communication skills
-The ability to work under pressure
-Proven problem solving skills

Technical Skills

-Familiarity with Windows OS (Word and Excel)
-Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
-Knowledge or interest in automotive technology
-Full driving licence

Soft Skills

-Understanding of the diversity in customer behaviour
-People oriented and friendly attitude

-Start date: February 2, 2015
-Salary: €32.000 gross per year
