As a Customer Service Agent you will provide the customers with a world class customer service.
You will be responsible for:
-Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
-Responding to incoming calls and email from enterprise clients
-Managing effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
-Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues
-Fluent Dutch and good English language skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
-Computer literacy with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
-Technical troubleshooting skills an advantage.
-Customer and detail oriented.
-Strong team player.
-Ability to multi task.
