Our client is a leading multinational online reservations company based in Barcelona.

As an Accommodation Service Executive, you will be working in the Customer/Client Service division and reporting to the team manager. Your objective will be handling pre- and post booking inquiries.

Your main responsibilities:

-Communicate with clients/partners by phone, e-mail and fax
-Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations
-Processing traveling reservations via telephone
-Handling outbound calls to arrange special requests
-Relationship management
-Manage relationships by providing high levels of customer/client service and account management support.
-Ensuring the complete reservations cycle and supporting all issues

Qualifications
-Native level of German
-Fluent in English
-Experienced with internet and travel industry

Other
-Available to work full-time (40 h/week) and flexible in work schedule
-Available to attend a full-time (4 weeks) paid training
-In possession of a valid work-permit for Spain (if required)
