Our Client is an American multinational company within the IT Solutions Sector, with offices in more than 70 countries world wide.

We are recruiting a Customer Service representative with a good level of French to work in Barcelona or in Asturias (Aviles). This person will be responsible for providing customer service to clients in French speaking countries via phone, web and e-mail.

Your main task will include:
- Receive requests or incidences about technical issues over the phone or via email.
- Solve the customer’s issues
- Configuration of the user’s systems by distance
- Escalate issues if necessary to the adequate teams: level 2 or 3
- Update the data base
- Provide excellent customer service

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills.
Qualifications
-Good level of French
-Intermediate level of English
-Italian or Portuguese languages would be highly valued, but not necessary
Experience
-No previous experiences required
-Previous experience in customer service is highly valued

Other:
-Available to start as soon as possible.

-Location: Barcelona OR Asturias.
-Schedule: Monday to Friday
-Timetable: morning shifts (6:00-14:00) OR afternoon shifts (14:00 to 22:00)
-Full training in IT provided
-Project contract: between 5 and 8 months
