Project:

Anki is a consumer robotics and artificial intelligence startup. Anki technology programs physical objects to be intelligent and adaptable in the physical world and is designed to solve the problems of positioning, reasoning, and execution in artificial intelligence and robotics. Anki Drive is a racing game that combines an iOS app with physical race cars.

As Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for taking incoming telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the clear objective being to resolve the customer’s issue as quickly and efficiently as possible:

-Identify customer needs and identify resolutions that meet those needs
-Clearly guide the customer in troubleshooting their enquiries

We are looking for a person with the following skills:

- Native level of spoken and written German (Deutsch / alemão);
- Contact Center experience is a plus;
- Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office and common internet applications;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
