Our client is a rapidly expanding (40% a year for the last 11 years) automotive re-manufacturing company with 11 facilities across Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico and India.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who is looking to take a step up, but is also not afraid to get involved and pick up calls, where required.
As a Deputy Country Manager you will be responsible for:
-Motivating staff members to exceed sales and productivity targets
-Promoting first class customer service
-Supporting the Country Manager with the day-to-day running of the Workshop, including analysing profit and loss figures, sales, marketing methods and products.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
-Fluent in Spanish and English
-Highly ambitious and determined to help the company succeed
-Energetic and good at energizing others
-An Electronics background/interest in Automotive is desirable but not essential
