Our client is a leading multinational company within the hospitality industry based in Barcelona.

-Answering inquiries and handling pre and post reservations through phone and e-mail, while accurately communicating hotel rates.
-Modify, change and cancel existing reservations
-Handling outbound calls to arrange special requests
- Maintaining a friendly, courteous and professional relationship with customers at all times in order to match their requirements
-Ensuring the complete reservation cycle of all customers regarding requests, complaints or solving problems professionally, efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

-Native Level of German
-Fluent in English
-Experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable

-Genuine interest in the tourism/customer service industry

Our ideal candidate is:

-Available to work full-time (40 h/week)
-Available to attend a full-time (4 weeks) paid training
-In possession of a valid work-permit for Spain (if required).
