As a Finance Services Supervisor you will supervise the Accounting and Credit Collection Team. You will report directly to the Finances and Services Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Responsible for a team of 5 people
-Responsible for the accounting activities in 2 different business entities
-Supervising all the accounting activities: General Accounting, Balance Sheets, Auditing, etc.
-Internal and External Auditing
-Credit and risk control
-Internal Control of Purchasing Orders
-Analysis and coordination of all providers
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Excellent level of Portuguese and English
-Studies: Business Administration or Economics
-Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Experience
-5/6 years experience in a similar position
-Previous experience working with JDEdwards and Hyperion would be a plus
-Having worked for a multinational company before would be a plus
