We are recruiting an Associate Complaints Coordinator for a multinational American company.
Your main responsibilities:
- data entry of product complaints for all European subsidiaries (mainly focused on the German market)
- screening the complaint forms received by doctors or other representatives in German
- ensuring the accuracy of information
- providing complaint reports to other departments when necessary
- communication with other departments in Barcelona and the USA
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
- Excellent level of German
- Excellent level of English
- Spanish is a plus (being used at work place)
Experience
-Experience in administrative or customer service role is a plus
Skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word
Soft Skills
- Good multitasking skills, being able to work on different tasks
- Good organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Eye for detail, being able to concentrate on quality
