Our client is a business services and software provider company, helping organizations in the insurance, automotive and property industries.
Within the context of a high grown of the company and the Spanish filial, we are looking for the first Human Resources figure of Barcelona’s offices.
At the beginning, this person will be responsible for the HR administration but will quickly acquire high management responsibilities.
As an HR Generalist, you will be the direct and diary HR interlocutor for the employees, directors and various partners of the company.
You main responsibilities will be the following:
-Personal Administration: labor contracts, payroll, administration.
-Recruitment: establishing the recruitment programs, advice on the selection of candidates, conduct and analyze the interviews, analyze the necessities of the company, etc.
-Responsible for the trainings organization.
-Manage and answer the employee’s needs. Responsible for labor relations.
-Contact with the HR providers: recruitment agencies, auditors, external payrolls.
-Contact with lawyers.
-Ensure the respect of labor law
-Supervise payroll and contracts.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic candidate with the following professional profile:
Qualifications
-Native or bilingual level of Spanish
-High level of English
-Medium/high level of French
-Education : Master in HR preferably
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a HR generalist position for generalist functions, or HR responsible in a small or medium structure.
Experience in SMB preferably (Small and Medium Size Business).
