Our client is a leading operator new generation in Spain, specialized in offering professional IP communications services companies.

The Head of sales will be responsible for re-launching an existing Commercial
Property Portal in the Spanish Market with a goal to become Spain’s number 1
commercial property portal. As part of the sales team they will lead sales strategy,
in particular focusing on increasing the site’s listings and monetisation. He or she
will contribute actively through their sales skills as well as supporting and guiding
junior members of the sales team.
Develop and implement a clear sales strategy.
Source new clients and increase monetisation with existing listings.
Proactively drive new business through research and prospecting
Help implement objectives and monitor progress towards revenue
goals and closing of identified prospects.
Development and implementation of a clear sales marketing
strategy.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision makers and
influencers at both local and national agency level.
Perform necessary planning and analysis to ensure that the objectives
and priorities for each sales call are established and met.
Help develop strategy for sales presentations to existing potential
clients.
Keep the Country Manager appraised of progress towards established
revenue goals and sales targets.
Monitor and assist the work of the company sales team and
implement sales strategies and procedures for this department.

Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree level, or equivalent education, with some financial and
sales experienceExperience of running a business from scratch on e-comerce
A solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential as this
role involves agreeing annual budgets as well as producing financial reports.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management,
leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance
A strong understanding of how a business operates and successful
candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding
and business acumen.
Degree preferred,
Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience Sales/marketing experience in
digital/mobile and/or real estate advertising
Existing relationships with agency/client contacts
Proven background in developing, closing, and maintaining strategic accounts
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management,
leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance.
