Our client is one of the world’s biggest IT management software providers, with over 150 offices around the world, offering solutions to companies, governments and administration when it comes to increasing efficiency through a change of management of the IT structure.

-Work closely with assigned Account Managers/Account Directors and the Pre-Sales Engineering team to initiate one-on-one conversations and demonstrations with prospects
- Support company growth by meeting or exceeding revenue quota goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
-Demonstrate ability to cross and up-sell.
-Establish accurate plans and forecasts, prioritize efforts, generate short term results and hold a long-term perspective to maximize overall company growth
-Cultivate leads by assessing the opportunity, communicating the value propositions for the customer, and following up in a timely manner.
-Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle including: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, leading demonstrations with your Account Manager/Account Director, and working with the Account Manager/Account Director to close the business from lead to close.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-Native level of Swedish or Danish
-Fluent level of English

Experience:

-3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Inside Sales

Skills:

Skills:
-Good empathy, great rapport builder and great communication skills.
-Awesome presenter at board level, masters negotiations at many levels.
-Problem solver, not just problem identifier.
