The Head of HR will play a key role in the overall development of the HR agenda, at the same time acting as a partner to the business and will own the mission to manage processes and tools vital to the achievement of strategic business objectives.

Requirments:
• Experience in generalist HR positions in multinational, matrixed, growth oriented organisations.
• Extensive experience in international environment with exposure to multiple jurisdictions and geographies.( Asia, Latam, Europe)
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and understand key business needs and drivers.
• Able to create strong relationships with senior stakeholders and enjoy working in extremely fast-paced and changing environments
• Proficient English is mandatory and another European language is advantageous
