Our client is an international real estate company that has a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the market and has an international team with over 20 years experience.
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be working in the Sales Division, reporting to the Sales Director. Your objective will be to manage relationships with existing and potential clients in order to maximize company's revenue.
You will be responsible for:
-Achieve an assigned sales budget
-Manage strategically the relationship with potential and existing accounts in order to satisfy their needs
-Being a part of a sales team, setting goals and working with marketing to strategize on new business opportunities and to optimize efficiency
-Attend industry trade shows and local events to meet clients and cultivate relationships.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
-University degree
-Excellent level of English
-High level of Spanish
-Any additional language would be a plus
Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the customer service or sales environment
-Experience in real estate company would be an advantage
