Our client is a luxury automobile manufacturer with a well-renowned international reputation. The client has an international contact center in the south of Holland that is the central point of support in Europe for all drivers and technicians working with the product. This international office, comprised of 25 nationalities, ensures high quality service and personal assistance to customers around the world.

As a Customer Service Representative in the 24 hour service department, your main responsibilities will be:
-Coordinate assistance through service providers
-Help with problem-solving
-Supply all the necessary information
-Provide excellent customer service
-Receive inbound calls from clients who need roadside assistance.
-Attend to the customer’s needs

We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:
Qualifications:
-Excellent level of Dutch
-Good level of French
-Good level of English

Experience:
-Computer literacy
-Experience in a Customer Service environment would be a plus
Soft Skills:
-Excellent communication skills and written skills
-Good telephone manner
-A customer-oriented mindset
-A flexible team player and able to work in multicultural environments
-Able to prioritize and work under pressure

-Incorporation as soon as possible
-Training is provided
-35 working hours per week in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
-A base salary of €1702/month gross plus an extra shift allowance based on actual hours worked.
