As a Sales Assistant your main functions are:

-Project image standards by wearing the uniform and being clean, professionally presented and groomed at all times.
- Providing our customers with exceptional one-to-one sales consulting service following our company guidelines and sales protocol as well as to perform basic pinning of a garment to fit a customer’s body shape.
- Properly inform and asses your customers about and during the process, sales conditions, as well as perform a proper follow up of your clients gown and situation until collection date.
- Support and maintenance of shop windows and internal visual merchandising (seasonal, sales and promotional displays, price labeling)
- Participate in keeping the shop immaculate at all times (including work-room, storage and lighting) and cleanliness and order in the fitting rooms (including drawers), especially after usage.
- Ensure product is correctly placed, priced and immaculately presented within the shop following the guidelines given by merchandising team throughout the season (hanging, trails and covers) for bridal and cocktail gowns as well as accessories.
- Perform Shipping, receiving, transfer and ordering duties, Stock taking (counting and adjusting stock situation), Office Administration and Filing (PO’s, Data protection etc..), Cash transactions (charge, count and balance), Answering the telephone, Opening customers files (including its intro and maintenance in POS/TPV system), Booking and confirming appointments.

-Fluent English and French
-Flemish (preferable)
