As an Networking Specialist Engineer, your objective will be supporting project development as well as daily customer infrastructure incident resolution, communication and platform management.
Your main responsibilities:
-Implementation and development of project tasks
-Daily management tasks such as client requests, maintenance issues and platform updates
-Third level support in resolving incidents
-Availability to perform on-call duties outside business hours
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Engineering Degree
-CCNA/CCNP/642-618 FIREWALL/642-648 VPN certifications are a plus.
-Any of the MASE certifications is a plus.
-FCNSA/FCNSP certification is a plus.
Experience
-At least 5 years experience
-Experience with Fortinet technologies.
-Technical experience with Juniper SRX and SSG.
-Technical experience with Netscaler VPX and MPX.
-Technical experience with F5 Big IP.
-Technical skills with GSLB.
-Technical experience with Cisco VPN concentrators, routers, switches and firewalls.
-Technical experience with HP ProCurve switches.
-Used to work on high-available and mission-critical environments.
Skills
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Written and spoken Spanish is a plus
-Knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
