Our client is an international Luxury Real Estate Company based in Barcelona and Ibiza.

As an Office Coordinator you will be in charge of the good development of the office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Meeting and greeting national and international clients
-Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
-Providing daily support to the Sales Team in administrative tasks, client correspondence and diary management
-Being responsible for the day-to-day administrative management of the office and dealing suppliers and contractors
-Introducing data into the database system
-Maintaining routine contacts with vendors
-Preparing corporate presentations and generating sales reports from the database
-Gathering legal documentation from buyers and sellers
-Liaising with the central administrative and accounting departments in Head Office

The ideal candidate will be someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience:
-Relevant experience in Office Administration, better if in international company

Skills:
-Excellent level of English
-Native level of Spanish
-Catalan and French are a plus
-Strong MS Office skills
-Excellent telephone manner

Soft skills:
-Detail oriented
-Proactive
-Flexible person
-Multitasking

Offer:
-Permanent Contract.
-Full Time Schedule (regular office hours mon-fri, and ocasional weekends)
