Your key accountabilities:

- Maintain and develop effective relationships within partner base and grow their ZyXEL business.
- Provide support to the sales team in the form of pre-sales, and attend customer sites: providing presentations, specifying solutions, working on tenders, building and demonstrating solutions, being part of the Pre Sales contact for the partner.
- Maintain and develop revenue streams through existing and new accounts, ensuring a clear plan is developed.
- P&L analysis of the top 10 accounts and use this to influence more business activities.
- Develop a plan to move a targeted number of Solution partners into Premium partners.
- Align with reseller account managers in distribution to support new business activities.
- Build ZyXEL brand awareness and product focus through VAR marketing activities, planning and executing the sales and marketing activities with the local functions.
- Proactively encourage accounts to join the Partner Programme to take advantage of associated benefits.
- Help in the creation and updating of documentation for each Vertical/SMB campaign
- Track and follow projects closely and ensure solutions fit the end customers’ requirements and budget.
- Liaise with European team on any pan EMEA opportunities or target partners, providing a sales input into the product forecasting process.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry standards, coach and share knowledge with colleagues within Channel team and wider ZyXEL team.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

- Minimum 3 years experience within an IT Channel Sales role and in creating and delivering close relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Record of success within Networking reseller accounts.
- Degree level education in Business or IT related discipline would be ideal.
- Technical proficiency in broadband and networking products (security wireless solutions)
Excellent level of English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, strong presenter with effective negotiation skills
- Results orientated, motivated by achievement and able to execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and be prepared to work in a fast moving and aggressive environment where key objectives need to be met in pre-agreed timescales.
- Team-player, customer focused, proactive, dynamic with a problem solving attitude.
