As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to your clients. You will have the following responsibilities:
- Answering inquiries and handling pre and post reservations through phone and e-mail, while accurately communicating hotel rates.
- Modify, change and cancel existing reservations
- Handling outbound calls to arrange special requests
- Maintaining a friendly, courteous and professional relationship with customers at all times in order to match their requirements
- Ensuring the complete reservation cycle of all customers regarding requests, complaints or solving problems professionally, efficiently and in a timely fashion.
We are looking for a person who has the following skills and abilities:
Qualifications
-Excellent level of German
-Fluent in English
-Experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable
