-First point of contact for internal customers to report issues and to make business as usual
requests
-Completion of standard requests and small changes for application customizing and configuration
-Incident logging and resolution or escalation
-Document and reproduce complex incidents in test environment
-Monitoring and reporting tasks
-Support regular monthly activities (closing, etc.) User review according to audit requirements
-Perform and document unit, regression disaster recovery testing
-Support the handover of a new service from a project to the TSC and ensure that the right knowledge transfer and documentation is completed
-Support Treasury and Investment projects where skills access allow
-Train other members of the team

-Degree in Information Technology
-Experience in IT Application Support Maintenance at Enterprise level (Incident, Change Management, Configuration, Capacity Planning, Monitoring, etc.).
-Desirable: SAP Technical skills (SAP Basis, ABAP, Workbench, Solution Manager, etc.)
-Excellent communication skills.
-Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
-Mature, responsible, organized. Does not require close supervision.
-Experience in a customer support function.
-Ambitious, motivated, continous-learning attitude.
