Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client's newly formed division.
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide support to the users of their instruments being proactive and solution-oriented in troubleshooting.
Main responsibilities:
•Giving technical support to the customers.
•Management and follow up of the specific open issues for each customer in coordination with the sales force.
•Document and register every step decided in each technical incidence.
•Update the technical information about each instrument in the database.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills, qualifications and education:
•Qualifications
- Native Level of Spanish and Portuguese
- Excellent Level of English
- You have completed a degree in Natural Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology or Chemistry)
•Experience
- It is an advantage if you have already gained 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a Call Centre
•Skills
- You are a strong team player and enjoy managing a variety of tasks simultaneously to support the day to day running of the business.
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
