You will provide support to the users of our instruments and reagent systems which are used in clinical histology, cytology and drug discovery laboratories being proactive and solution-oriented in troubleshooting.
Considering this, you will be responsible for:
- Giving technical support to our customers and employees.
- Management and follow up of the specific open issues for each customer in coordination with the sales force.
- Document and register every step decided in each technical incidence.
- Update the technical information about each instrument in the database
- You have completed your degree in Natural Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry).
- You are bilingual both in Spanish and Italian.
- Your English Level is advanced.
- You are a strong team player and enjoy to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously to support the day to day running of the business.
- You enjoy working for an international environment.
- Gained 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a Call Center will be valued.
- Knowledge of SAP, clarify, and VoIP call center solutions would be valued.
