Our Client is looking for a Supervisor with Languages for one of our partners - a leader in technological sector.
Main tasks:
-Drive sales process across the team
-Empower team performance to meet sales objectives
-Motivate agents as team leader
-Control and drive KPIs
-Recruitement and turnover control
-Reporting to the management
-Weekly review calls Country Managers
-Manage holidays and sickness
-Manage all disciplinary issues effectively
-Maintain contact with the customer regarding cases, new procedures, applications,tools
Main requirements:
-Knowledge of any European language
-Fluent English
-Proven sales experience
-IT knowledge
-High knowledge of customer care
