We are offering an Operational Trainee Program, this program offers an intensive training period of 6 months. During this period you will learn main operational tasks of the daily business and will develop as a team leader. You are given the chance to drive your own career and have the opportunity to become one of our future Junior Branch Managers.
-Ensure the effective process of all types of car rental transactions.
-Provide exemplary customer service and issues resolution.
-Participate in all areas related to team members management.
-Understand cost control and achieve individual sales goals.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:
Qualifications
-Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Tourism or Economics.
-Native level of Spanish.
-Excellent level of English or German
Experience
-No more than 2 years work experience.
-Experience in Customer Service.

-Strong Sales skills and focus on Customer Service.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
-Exceptional interpersonal skills.
-Good supervisory and strong communication skills.
-Analytical skills.
