You will be part of an international online Travel Agency that offers flights, holiday packages, accommodation, car rental, cruises and train tickets across 31 countries worldwide. They work together with more than 100 airlines and 250.000 hotels around the world in 40.000 destinations.
As a Chinese Travel Agent you will be responsible for:
-Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
-Using a booking system (Amadeus) to secure holidays
-Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
-Sending out tickets to clients
-Keeping clients up to date with any changes
-Dealing with complaints or refunds
-Ensuring the complete reservations cycle, from the first telephone contact received until the verification of the customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
-Education in Tourism and Hospitality is desired
-An excellent level of Chinese
-An intermediate level of Spanish as a minimum (the 3 week training period will be given in Spanish)
Experience:
-At least 1 year experience in a travel agency, airline call centre, booking Call Centre or on line travel agency.
Technical skills:
- At least 6 months of working knowledge of Amadeus
- Initially 4 month contract + 2 with the possibility of permanent incorporation depending on your performance.
