As part of our company, you will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in your tasks from day one, under the continuous guidance of our Consultants. You will be dealing first hand with both candidates and clients and ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process from start to finish.
Languages:
-Excellent level of English (Advanced/Proficiency)
-Good level of Spanish (B2)
-Native level of other European languages will be valued (Italian, Portuguese, French, German or Dutch)
-Degree preferably in Psychology or Business Administration
-Previous experience in HR recruitment is an advantage
-Experience within an international environment is a plus
-Spanish work permit is mandatory
