As Account Manager You will be:
-reporting to the Department Manager,
- your mission will be to provide 360 º advice to our clients in Spain in order to enhance their business and maximize the use of our tools.
To do this, you will perform the following functions:
-manage a portfolio of approximately 400 clients, advising them to
optimize their monthly results: developing promotions plans (yield management)
marketing and positioning.
-you will be part of our operations marketing departments for implementation
of these plans.
-you will take care of the renewal promotions, so it must have great empathy and
as analytical capabilities for optimal advice.
-you will form establishments about our web solutions.
-We think of professionals with a minimum two years experience performing tasks
B2B customer loyalty, and will value positively having worked in Internet environment
and / or leisure-restoration.
-It is essential to have a native level of French, you will be in direct contact with our French and Swiss customers.
-Must be persevering with strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
-It will be a plus to have marketed software oriented B2B customers.
