They now have an opening for a detailed oriented and enthusiastic Administrative Support Assistant

-Mail boxes administration
-Run reports from systems
-Expenses and overtime administration
-Invoices management
-Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
-Perform data entry and scan documents
-Assist in resolving any administrative problems
-Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers

Candidates should have the following experience or background in order to be considered for the role:

-Relevant experience in an international fast paced environment, ideally in a call centre environment
-‘Can do’ and enthusiastic attitude
-Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
-Strong administrative skills
-Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
-Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
-Proficient in the use of Excel
-Excellent level of English
