Business Developer Telesales for Real Estate

Working as a New Developments Telesales Agent you will need a consultative approach to your work with the ability to close deals over the phone. To ensure your success in closing deals you will also have the support of the New Developments team who can visit the potential client for a face-to-face meeting on your behalf, should your potential client request this.

Main Responsibilities:

- Make high volume outbound calls
- Respond to and target prospects, closing deals over the phone where possible
- Create prospect lists, follow-up on direct / online marketing campaigns, and other marketing leads covering specific vertical or market segments
- Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Meet/exceed productivity and activity targets
- Provide daily input to the New Developments Manager on new opportunities and current leads
- Record and report all activity
- Keep up to date with current market knowledge concerning clients, competitors, business trends, new business developments, service rates and best practice

Ideal candidates would have previous experience working as a Telesales Agent preferably within the real estate sector.

Desired Skills Expertise:

- Experience in the real estate sector or a proven track record of sales in Business Development is essential
- A specific knowledge of the target area is preferred
- Excellent English a must, basic Spanish desirable; other languages a plus
- Fully understand and be able to skillfully deliver the key benefits of the service, managing objections in a polite and professional manner
- Experience working in a target driven environment
- Ability to work on different campaigns with the ability to adjust easily
- Good rapport building skills
- Resourceful and adaptable
- Energetic, highly motivated
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office and windows environment computer skills
- Self-disciplined, organised
