Our client is a market leader in its specialist fields of share plan services, present in many countries around the world.

As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for:

- Managing portfolio of national and international clients, ensuring client retention, loyalty and established relationships
- Deliver improved profitability
- Coordination with all the internal departments regarding the process with your clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prevent the defection of profitable clients
- Provide contact and escalation for client portfolio
- Roll out Best Practice and standardization of initiatives
- Hold formal reviews to ensure all delivery is to agreed specifications and where necessary implement effective action plans
- Identify opportunities to improving revenues (upselling / cross selling)
- Ensure Client Relationship Management systems are used effectively.
- Presenting results to upper-level management and different internal teams
- Weekly meetings (face to face, conference calls) with your clients, internationally

Qualifications:
- Excellent level German
- Excellent level of English
- Any other language is a plus

Experience:
-A full, current working knowledge of employee share plans
- At least 3 years of Experience in Account or Stakeholder or Relationship Management
