You must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

As a Customer Service Specialist your main responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for providing a seamless customer experience
• Using empathy/positive language when answering questions
• Outbound and inbound sales both B2C and B2B
• Spotting opportunities to provide information that your customer may require at a later stage
• Dealing with different requests and customer issues
Consistently create encouraging experiences for our customers and clients.

Qualifications

• Native level of Swedish and Excellent level of English
• Positive attitude, performance driven and result oriented
• Previous experience within related field, both within customer service and sales
