Reporting to the COO of the company, the General Manager, New Business will lead a cross-functional team of several dozen people and be responsible for a multi-million Euro budget.
What we’re looking for:
An innovative senior professional with more than 10-12 years of experience in the technology arena and preferably with experience in the online ads, software or apps industries.
Experience in working with senior management to align strategies focused on product and services development.
Excellent ability to identify, test and launch different business opportunities and optimize and create revenue channels.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
Leader of a large team of cross-functional people, managing in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
Skilled communicator and open minded professional that encourages new ideas on a challenging environment. Someone who is adept at both push and pull.
Capable to give constructive feedback and create opportunities for team growth.
Management experience with strong business development skills and an excellent track record of managing multiple priorities and motivating those working for.
Highly motivated person capable of facing challenges and taking risks.
Able to take decisions and ownership, feeling comfortable on the uncertainty. Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Fluent English. Spanish language skills are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
