Our client, Swarovski, is a leading jewelry retailer with more than 5000 points of purchase in more than 150 countries and with offices in Barcelona.

As a Purchasing Coordinator/Administrator your purpose is to manage all the financial tasks and reporting tools of the architecture activities, aligned to global guidelines and processes. Your main responsibilities will be:

-Based on the information received from the architecture teams, fills out orders in EBP
-Sends and confirm orders to regional and local suppliers
-Checks and creates and update in SAP and confirms goods receipt with Regional Architecture team
-Invoicing and payments, checking payment status with the suppliers
-Tracking of the costs by project according to the approved budget and target costs
-Maintain all relevant information in the tools to ensure the accuracy of the data on due time, dashboard.
-Checking data between database and SAP and inform about any mismatch
-Maintaining projects database


We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance background
-Native or very high level of English and Spanish (C1-C2)

Experience:
-Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Logistics Administrator
-Dominate the basics of project financials (CAPEX, OPEX)

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
