Our client is an international production company.

Payroll Benefits - Time and Attendance
• Administrate the payroll process, for multiple countries, liaising with Finance to ensure timeliness and accuracy of employee’s salaries.
• Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and sent to the third-party payroll provider in time for the monthly payroll.
• Administer and promote employee benefits schemes
• Assists in providing all necessary information to auditors.

Recruitment and Selection
• Preparation of job descriptions, liaise with Recruitment agencies and temporary labor agencies, creating job advertisements, conducting interviews and reference checks.
• Support the HR Team with the administrative processes relating to recruitment.

On-boarding and Leaver Administration
• Administer the process for new employees, for example; send offer letters, contracts, and process all pre-employment checks.
• Conduct orientation meetings with new employees.
• Oversee the probation process on success factors .
• Ensure resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner.
• Ensure exit interviews are conducted according to the procedures.

HR Database and Reporting
• Ensure the HR Information system (Success Factors) and time and attendance system (Softworks) accurately reflect employee details.

Advice and Guidance
• Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, counseling management and employees on policy and procedures, escalating more complex issues to the HR Director.

Administration
• Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department


• Ideally holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
• Good practical knowledge and experience of general HR procedures including Payroll, recruitment and EU employment law.
• 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator/Admin or Generalist in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Spanish and French, other languages advantageous, but not essential.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office, good knowledge and experience of SAP/Success Factors/Softworks or similar HRIS desired.
• Must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with all company personnel under minimum supervision and be responsive to the requirements of department members and other departments with whom interaction is necessary.
