Our client is a leader within the hospitality industry. The company is specialized in the e-commerce sector and has a defined presence having established solid business relationships across the European market.

As a HR Generalist you will:

•Undertake full range of generalist HR activities working in partnership with Management and other business stakeholders
•Coordinating the end to end Recruitment process.
•Performing HR administration in line with our guidelines.
•Employee master data management / maintenance of all staff files (in regards to vacations,sick leaves, etc.).
•Management of employee benefits and full support to related questions from company employees.
•Providing ad-hoc and standard reports as requested.
•Support Labour Relationship area.

We are looking for a person with the following skills and education:

•University degree, preferred in Labour Relations, Psychology...
•3-4 years of overall experience in HR Personnel Administration roles within a multinational company or consultancy firm.
• Training and HR Development
•Knowledge of local labour law is required.
•Excellent English and Spanish knowledge; able to express oneself comfortably and spontaneously in writing and speaking in both languages.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
•Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong analytical skills.
