HR SPECIALIST

To gain valuable hands-on experience, you will be involved into all our PEOPLE process, including, but not limited to:

Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for various accounts
Coordinates pre-employment applications in database, applicant interview schedules, screening, testing, initial and second Interviews
Manage onboarding process for national as well as international candidates
Develop career path
Work closely with recruiters and other members of HR
Provide training
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Handles confidential and sensitive information
Identifies and makes suggestions for process improvement
Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers and providers

Bachelor degree
Habitual user of Microsoft Office
At least one year of HR experience, focusing mainly on Recruitment
Must be fluent in at least one official language of the European Union, high level of English and
Catalan language will be a plus
Desire to learn
People focus, team and goal oriented; strong customer service skills, ability to multi task in a very fast paced environment, time management.
