Our client is a leader in the e-commerce sector with solid business relationships across the European market. They are ready to support, train and encourage you on your journey of building a rewarding career in sales.

The Inside Sales Executive will detect the client's needs and will offer an adapted service to them.

Your task will consist in:

- Contacting and prospecting new clients.
- Working with customers in order to understand their needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails in order to build a strong and effective network.
- Having a perfect knowledge of the service provided.
- Identifying future collaborators.
- Negotiating fees.
- Closing the sale.


- Experience: 6 months/1 year in B2B sales

Languages:

- Native level of Dutch
- Advanced level of English

Technical Skills:

- Sales-driven mentality
- Ability to produce an analysis of the targeted sector, examining various stakeholder profiles including competitors and possible new partners/clients.
- Persuasive, dynamic, proactive and motivated to build and develop marketing and sales skills.
- Organised, disciplined, energetic, and ambitious.
